Lila is a real estate broker, Realtor®, wife, mother, grandmother, and pastor. She has been helping families buy and sell homes in the Central Valley since 2004.
As the lead broker for Townsend Properties, Lila has completed dozens of deals to help her clients overcome any obstacle. She is an expert on all aspects of the Fresno and Clovis real estate market and on the current trends.
Lila is a trusted advisor to her clients. Owning a smaller firm allows her to take the time to get the best deals for her clients instead of rushing through transactions.
Lila is also a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist® for the National Association of Realtors®. This speciality allows her to manage the complex issues that seniors encounter when buying or selling a home.

Mark Townsend
Founding Broker
Mark is a broker from Fresno California. He graduated from Fresno State in 1981 with a Real Estate Option on a Business Degree.
Mark has been a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the National Organization of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the North Fresno Harley Owners Group.
He is highly respected in Fresno, not only for his unparalleled professional track record, but for being an honest, hard-working family man who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients success.

Karissa Moore

Karissa joined the Townsend Properties Team as a Transaction Coordinator and became a licensed Realtor® shortly after joining our team.
She began her career in real estate after working with Townsend Properties to help her family buy and sell three houses.
Karissa has a longstanding passion for real estate—even selling rooms to her siblings growing up.
Being part of a large family gives her unique insights on how important the right home is for each part of a family’s life. This gives her a unique focus on finding the right home for each of her clients.

Born and raised in the Central Valley, Cydney is enthusiastic about the people and places that call this region home.
Her love of community led Cydney to a passion for real estate and seeing her clients find their dream home.
Working with Townsend Properties has allowed Cydney to combine her dedication to community connection with her commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Cydney holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Clovis Community College and will soon graduate with her Bachelor's degree.
